This is a repository that contains original copies of wills that we have transcribed. There are two ways to access these. Directly below this intro is a File Manager box. This lists the folders, there is a folder for each person. Each person’s folder contains the images of the original probate documents that we used for our transcription. You can double click on a folder to open it and then see the images in it. Opening an image will bring up a photo viewer to view the image. An image can be saved to your device.
Below the File Manager is a Photo Gallery. There are two parts, the first half of people in the first one and the remainder in the second. Clicking on these will open them and you can scroll down through the Galleries (again, one Gallery per person, same as the folders). Opening an individual image will bring up a photo viewer. The viewer here is a better one, it provides better zooming as well as scrolling forward and backward through images. An image can also be saved to your device here. As a note, some of our original wills are Word or PDF docs. These cannot be viewed in the Gallery; they can only be opened in the File Manager.
